If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue you a refund, exchange or store credit as long as the item meets the criteria below. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Non-U.S. customers wanting an exchange will receive a store credit to purchase another size or item.  Any merchandise stated as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

All of the below criteria must be met for returns to be accepted:

Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt.

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition. (No damage, stains; makeup, self-tanner, perfume etc)

Merchandise must have all tags attached, including the large black return tag or it will not be accepted.

Defective Items

We thoroughly inspect all garments prior to shipping. In the rare instance that the item is defective or damaged when you receive it, please contact us immediately at We will replace it with the same item in the same size. Please note that garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty. 

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, since we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Returns take approximately 7 business days to process after reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

If you request a store credit, you will receive an email with your credit in the form of a Moda Glam Boutique Gift Card. If you make your purchase with a store credit issued from a previous return, we are only able to refund as a store credit.
