Return Policy

Return Policy Effective June 16, 2018 at 12:01 am PST. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue you a refund or a store credit as long as the item meets the criteria below. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Due to always changing availability, we do not offer product exchanges, but you may opt for a store credit to purchase another size or item. Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

All of the below criteria must be met for returns to be accepted:

Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt.

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition. (No damage, stains; makeup, self-tanner, perfume etc)

Merchandise must have all tags attached, including the large black return tag or it will not be accepted.

 

Defective Items

We thoroughly inspect all garments prior to shipping. In the rare instance that the item is defective or damaged when you receive it, please contact us immediately at orders@modaglamboutique.com. We will replace it with the same item in the same size. Please note that garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty. 

 

*Please note, returns take 3-5 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution. If you request a store credit, you will receive an email with your credit in the form of a Moda Glam Boutique Gift Card. If you make your purchase with a store credit issued from a previous return, we are only able to refund as a store credit.

No Return Authorization Number is needed. Send returns along with the return form indicating reason for return to:

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, since we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
