Terms and Conditions
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue you a refund, exchange or store credit as long as the item meets the criteria below.* Non-U.S. customers wanting an exchange will receive a store credit to purchase another size or item.
You will need to obtain an RMA # through our Returns Portal within 5 days of receiving your order.
All of the below criteria must be met for returns to be accepted:
• Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition. (No stains, makeup, self-tanner, perfume etc)
• Merchandise must have all tags attached. Additionally, gowns must also have the large Black Return Tag attached or it will not be accepted.
If paying with store credit, refunds can only be issued as a store credit.
Returns take approximately 7 business days to process after reaching our facility.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
"Final Sale" items cannot be returned.
We thoroughly inspect all garments prior to shipping. In the rare instance that the item is defective or damaged when you receive it, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will replace it with the same item in the same size. Please note that garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES
All orders are shipped from the US. You may incur customs or import duties once the parcel reaches it's destination country, as it is not included in the shipping charges. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. If customer refuses to pay taxes or import duties and the package is returned to us, we are unable to refund the shipping costs back to you.
