WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES, ONLY STORE CREDIT FOR THE AMOUNT PAID, MINUS SHIPPING. Return must meet the criteria below.
- Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition. (No stains, perfume etc)
- Merchandise must have all tags attached.
- If your item is defective, we will replace it with the same item in the same size.
- Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed once your return is delivered.
All orders are shipped from the US. You may incur customs or import duties once the parcel reaches it's destination country, as it is not included in the shipping charges. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. If customer refuses to pay taxes or import duties and the package is returned to us, we are unable to refund the shipping costs back to you.
