Terms and Conditions

For the health and safety of our community, we have temporarily closed our Distribution Center until further notice. Shall you continue to shop, please note your shipment will go out once business resumes as normal, with the exception of Pre-order styles. Being that these items are not being shipped from our fulfillment center, you can still expect it to ship as stated on the product page. If you have any questions about whether a specific item will ship as stated, please send us an email. If you do decide to shop with us, we appreciate you and are grateful your support!

RETURN POLICY

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a Store Credit. We do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time. All returns must meet the requirements below: 

  • You must request an RMA # within 10 days of receiving your order at https://modaglam.returnscenter.com
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition. (Unaltered, No damage, Dog or Cat hair, stains; makeup, self-tanner, perfume, cigarette odor etc)
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached, including the large black return tag or it will not be accepted.
  • Must not be a FINAL SALE item

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, since we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for items not received.Shipping charges are non-refundable.  

Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive your return (not including weekends and holidays) for your Store Credit to be issued. Once your return is processed, you will receive a Store Credit in the form of an e-Gift Card, which does not expire. Please only inquire about the status if more than 5 business days have passed.

Defective Items

We thoroughly inspect all garments prior to shipping. In the rare instance that the item is defective or damaged when you receive it, please contact us immediately at orders@modaglamboutique.com. We will replace it with the same item in the same size. Please note that garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty. 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

All orders are shipped from the US. You may incur customs or import duties once the parcel reaches it's destination country, as it is not included in the shipping charges. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.  If customer refuses to pay taxes or import duties and the package is returned to us, we are unable to refund the shipping costs back to you.
