INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

All orders are shipped from the US. You may incur customs or import duties once the parcel reaches it's destination country, as it is not included in the shipping charges. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.  If customer refuses to pay taxes or import duties and the package is returned to us, we are unable to refund the shipping costs back to you. 

 

RETURN POLICY

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue you a refund as long as the item meets the criteria below:

Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receiving it

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition. (No damage, Dog or Cat hair, stains; makeup, self-tanner, perfume etc)

Merchandise must have all tags attached, including the large black return tag or it will not be accepted.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Any merchandise stated as "Final Sale" cannot be returned

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, since we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for items not received.

Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return (not including weekends and holidays) for the processing of your return. Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please only inquire about the status if more than 10 business days have past. If you paid with Afterpay or Sezzle, you are still responsible for making your scheduled payments as per your agreement, until your refund is issued. Once your return is processed you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it as long as the item meets the criteria below.

International Customers (outside of the U.S.) wanting an exchange are required to pay for shipping of the exchange. We will send an invoice that must be paid before your exchange is sent out.

Defective Items

We thoroughly inspect all garments prior to shipping. In the rare instance that the item is defective or damaged when you receive it, please contact us immediately at orders@modaglamboutique.com. We will replace it with the same item in the same size. Please note that garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty.
