NO REFUNDS-NO EXCEPTIONS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue you a store credit (minus shipping charges) in the form of a Moda Glam E-Gift Card to purchase a different size/or item, as long as the item meets the criteria below. We do not offer refunds, and due to always changing availability, we do not offer product exchanges. If the item is defective or damaged when you receive it, we will replace it with the same item, in the same size.
• Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition. (No stains, perfume etc)
• Merchandise must have all tags attached.
• Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
• Please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed once your return is delivered to our warehouse.
All orders are shipped from the US. You may incur additional charges upon delivery, as Taxes and Duties collected for importing merchandise is not included in the shipping price. If any customs or import duties are due, you will be notified once the parcel reaches it's destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend that you contact your local customs office to find out what the amount may be before making your purchase. If customer refuses to pay taxes or import duties and the package is returned to us, we are unable to refund the shipping costs, and furthermore, if we are charged for the return shipping, we will subtract that amount from your refund as well.
