Return Policy


If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a Store Credit to purchase another size or item. We do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time. All returns must meet the requirements below: 

  • You must request an RMA # within 10 days of receiving your order at
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition. (Unaltered, No damage or signs of wear, Dog or Cat hair, stains; makeup, self-tanner, perfume, cigarette odor etc)
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached, including the large black return tag or it will not be accepted.

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, since we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for items not received. Shipping charges are non-refundable.  

Please allow up to 3 business days after we receive your return (not including weekends and holidays) for your Store Credit to be issued. Once your return is processed, you will receive a Store Credit in the form of an e-Gift Card, which does not expire. Please only inquire about the status if more than 3 business days have passed.

Defective Items

We thoroughly inspect all garments prior to shipping. In the rare instance that the item is defective or damaged when you receive it, please contact us immediately at We will replace it with the same item in the same size. Please note that garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty.
