*No Refunds, we only issue store credit. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a Store Credit that never expires. We do not issue cash refunds to original forms of payment for any reason, including, but not limited to event cancellations.
If you need a different size, you may use the store credit to purchase the new size or item, as we do not process exchanges. All returns must meet the requirements below:
- You must request an RMA # and send back within 10 days of receiving your order at https://modaglam.returnscenter.com
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in brand new condition. No damage or signs of wear, Dog or Cat hair, stains; makeup, self-tanner, perfume, cigarette odor etc)
- Merchandise must have all tags attached, including the black return tag or it will not be accepted.
WE DO NOT HAVE A DROP OFF LOCATION. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, since we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for returns not received. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please allow up to 3 business days after we receive your return (not including weekends and holidays) for your Store Credit to be issued. Once your return is processed, you will receive a Store Credit in the form of an e-Gift Card, which does not expire. Please only inquire about the status if more than 3 business days have passed.
We thoroughly inspect all garments prior to shipping. In the rare instance that the item is defective or damaged when you receive it, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. We will replace it with the same item in the same size. Please note that garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty.
