SHIPPING IN THE US

Please allow 1 to 2 business days to process your order before shipping. Our business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. FEDEX Orders ship same day if ordered by the cut-off time below.

All orders over $150 require a signature. Orders are unable to be shipped to a PO Box. If any item(s) in your order is on pre-order, your entire order will ship when the pre-ordered item(s) ships. 

STANDARD Shipping- Arrives approximately 3-4 Business Days after shipping.

All FedEX Orders Require a Signature. Shipping to a PO Box, APO/FPO/DPO is not available via FEDEX. 

FedEX Overnight- Arrives Next Business Day after shipping (Order must be placed by 2 pm EST to ship same day.) If order is placed on a Friday by 2 pm EST, it will arrive on Monday, the next business day.

FEDEX 2 Day- Arrives 2 Business Days after shipping (Order must be placed by 2 pm EST to ship same day.) If order is placed on a Friday by 2 pm EST, it will arrive on Tuesday, the 2nd business day.

Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking number. It is your responsibility to track it, and contact the shipping company with delivery questions or issues.          

 

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship via DHL Express- Takes 2-4 business days depending on location. All International orders require a signature. If any item(s) in your order is on pre-order, your entire order will ship when the pre-ordered item(s) ships. Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking number. It is your responsibility to track it, and contact the shipping company with delivery questions or issues. 

IMPORTANT: All orders are shipped from the US. You may incur additional charges upon delivery, as Taxes and Duties collected for importing merchandise is not included in the shipping price. If any customs or import duties are due, you will be notified once the parcel reaches it's destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. If customer refuses to pay taxes or import duties and the package is returned to us, we are unable to refund the shipping costs back to you.
