 SHIPPING POLICY

  • All orders with an original value over $150 require a signature.
  • If any item(s) in your order is on pre-order, your entire order will ship when the pre-ordered item(s) ships.
  • Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking number. It is your responsibility to track it, and contact the shipping company with delivery questions or issues.      
  • If package is unclaimed or shipped back to us because of non-delivery, shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

- transit time approximately 3-5 Business Days after shipping.

FedEx Ground- transit time 2-7 Business Days after shipping (Varies by location).

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS

Please allow 1 to 2 business days to process your order before shipping. Our business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. 

  • Orders generally take 2-5 business days after shipping, depending on location.
  • If customer refuses to pay taxes or import duties and the package is returned to us, we are unable to refund the shipping costs back to you. 
  • All International orders require a signature. 
  • Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking number. It is your responsibility to track it, and contact the shipping company with delivery questions or issues. 
  • Additional Fees (Taxes and Duties): All orders are shipped from the US. You may incur additional charges upon delivery, as Taxes and Duties collected for importing merchandise is not included in the shipping price. If any customs or import duties are due, you will be notified once the parcel reaches it's destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
