 SHIPPING POLICY

  • All orders with an original value over $150 require a signature.
  • If any item(s) in your order is on pre-order, your entire order will ship when the pre-ordered item(s) ships.
  • Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking number. It is your responsibility to track it, and contact the shipping company with delivery questions or issues.      
  • If package is unclaimed or shipped back to us because of non-delivery, shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

STANDARD SHIPPING-

  • USPS- transit time approximately 3-5 Business Days after shipping. 
  • FedEx Ground- transit time varies by location.
  • FedEx Ground and USPS Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. 
  • Please allow 1 to 2 business days to process your order before shipping. Our business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

 

EXPRESS SHIPPING-

FedEx Overnight- *Note- transit times displayed at checkout are only approximate. Due to Covid-19, FedEx is experiencing transit delays. Express Shipping is not guaranteed.

  • Arrives Next Business Day after shipping.
  • Order must be placed by 11 am PST on a business day to ship out on the same day. If placed after 11 am PST, it will ship out on the next business day. Our business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

    • FedEx Overnight Saturday Delivery must be selected in order to receive on Saturday.

    All FedEx Orders Require a Signature. Shipping to a PO Box, APO/FPO/DPO is not available via FEDEX.

     

        INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS

    Please allow 1 to 2 business days to process your order before shipping. Our business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. 

    • Orders generally take 2-5 business days depending on location, but is not guaranteed.
    • If customer refuses to pay taxes or import duties and the package is returned to us, we are unable to refund the shipping costs back to you. 
    • All International orders require a signature. 
    • Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking number. It is your responsibility to track it, and contact the shipping company with delivery questions or issues. 
    • Additional Fees (Taxes and Duties): All orders are shipped from the US. You may incur additional charges upon delivery, as Taxes and Duties collected for importing merchandise is not included in the shipping price. If any customs or import duties are due, you will be notified once the parcel reaches it's destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
