HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.
WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
If you do not receive an email within a few hours of placing your order, please check your Spam folder. Alternatively the email address on file might have been spelled incorrectly. If you still need assistance, please contact our Customer Care team at Hello@modaglamboutique.com
HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
In your shipping confirmation email, you'll receive a link to the tracking history. From there, you can monitor your package's progress until it's delivered to your door. Depending on the shipping method selected, you can visit USPS.com, DHL.com or FedEx.com to enter the tracking number emailed to you. Once your order ships, you are responsible for tracking it, or contacting the shipping carrier to locate it.
I PLACED AN ORDER, BUT HAVE NOT SEEN ANY MOVEMENT FROM MODA GLAM BOUTIQUE.
There are a few reasons why your order may have been delayed. Please note, most orders leave our distribution center within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. In some cases our Customer Protection Team may hold orders that run the risk of being fraudulent or that need additional review or verification to protect our customers. When this happens, our Customer Protection Team will reach out to you directly if your order will be delayed due to it being reviewed.
MY TRACKING INFO SHOWS THAT MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT.
We know how important your order is! Moda Glam Boutique provides our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.
If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.
